At Cholonga, each piece is carefully handcrafted by artisans, making every item unique. Because of this, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Handmade Disclaimer

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, size, and shape may occur. These are not considered defects, but part of the uniqueness and authenticity of each piece.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
