LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Cholonga is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Cholonga is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
